2.3 Excluded Persons. 3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) active x000 account. 3.4 Account Currency. All x000 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x000 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR deposits or withdrawals. Where a player deposits via a method that operates in a foreign currency, conversion to PKR will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified in your name. x000 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. x000 typically processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa within 15–60 minutes following approval. Processing times for bank transfers are subject to standard banking hours and may take longer.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification. x000 may require additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there is a discrepancy between deposit and withdrawal methods. x000 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending a completed review. This is a standard anti-money laundering control and is not a penalty.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. x000 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing obligations. x000 may file reports with relevant authorities where legally required. Players are prohibited from depositing funds derived from criminal activity.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. 7.1 Bet Acceptance. A sports bet placed on the x000 platform is not confirmed until the system returns a bet confirmation reference number. x000 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including in circumstances where a technical error has resulted in obviously incorrect odds being displayed.
7.2 Void Bets. A bet will be declared void, and the stake returned, where the event to which it relates is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within a commercially reasonable period. x000 applies standard industry rules for the settlement of abandoned sporting events.
7.3 Palpable Errors. Where x000 offers odds that are manifestly incorrect as a result of human or technical error ("palpable error"), x000 reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds and return the stake to the player, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. What constitutes a palpable error is determined at x000's sole reasonable discretion.
7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted subject to a brief processing delay. x000 may suspend in-play markets at any point during an event and is not liable for the consequences of a market suspension on bets placed prior to suspension.
